Great customer service. Easy to book, check in and drop off. The cargo van was fairly new and easy to handle on the hwy. We completed our move in one day thanks to the size and ease of loading and unloading with both a side and rear door.

Fast and easy to book. The van was in great condition. I can’t give 5 stars because I needed the van for Sunday afternoon and Monday morning, but had to book it and pay for Saturday through to Monday because they aren”t open from 3pm Sat-Monday morning. This seems to be standard for rental companies and it feels like a shifty way to get people to rent for whole weekends even if they only need a vehicle for one day. That being said, most others close at 12pm Sat, and Bristol is open until 3pm. The extra 3 hours helped a lot. I will be back!

I can’t imagine renting from anywhere else. The Kensington Market location is very convenient, the service is straightforward, speedy and friendly, the (affordable) prices are given as all-inclusive without any unexpected extra charges or complicated mumbo-jumbo, and the cargo vans we’ve been renting have all been in great shape. Terrific place to rent trucks and (in its former incarnation as Wheels 4 Rent) it was my main source of occasional car rentals too.

Gerry, the manager at this location, was a pleasure to meet and speak with. The truck was ready and on time and everything was as described.

I would highly recommend this location over other companies. As an example U-Haul will not guarantee your reservation at a specific spot but punt you to a different location where it may be. As opposed to Bristol which is actually reserving your rental at this location.
