I am very pleased with my experience using Bristol Car rental on April 9, 2024. The rental was arranged by Classic Honda while my vehicle was being serviced. The rep who delivered it was very knowledgeable and friendly. The paperwork took no time and I was given a thorough walk thru and inspection of the car. The car was clean and very nice to drive. I recommend and would use again, Bristol Car Rental.

It was a great experience! 5 star. Customer service was excellent. Yesterday, they came directly to the car dealership, and rep navigated through the process of retaining the vehicle with ease. In addition, he was pleasant, supportive and easy to talk to. Today, they engaged in authentic conversation and put a smile on my face at the front counter. They surely demonstrated connection with their customer.

I had an excellent experience with the rental car company. The car was a Honda Civic sport and it was immaculate and brand new. All the bells and whistles and features. The process was quick and easy and the staff member was friendly and efficient. I would definitely rent a car from this establishment in the future.

David the Branch manager was extremely professional and was able to find me a rental that worked for me and what I was looking for. Naz, the shuttle driver, is really kind and drives well. Shawn was also really kind and courteous from pickup to drop off. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. The team here are hard workers and I was extremely impressed with the service. The price was also really affordable. I will definitely be using Bristol on Kennedy Road in Brampton again for any rental needs.

Renting with Bristol was an absolute pleasure! From the moment I made my reservation online to the drop-off of the vehicle, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The booking process was intuitive, and the rates were very competitive. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. The vehicle itself was clean, well-maintained, and performed flawlessly throughout my trip. Returning the car was quick and easy, with no surprises or hidden fees. I highly recommend Bristol to anyone in need of a reliable and convenient rental service. They truly exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
