Branch Manager

Job Description

  • Lead the branch in day-to-day rental operations
  • Gain new business and maintain existing clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Lead location in achieving set monthly sales targets
  • Ensure staff are adhering to company rental policies and procedures
  • Solve customer service issues
  • Training, coaching, and scheduling of staff
  • Responsible for location profit and loss
  • Responsible for conducting daily business and sales reports, bank deposit etc.

Qualifications

  •  Minimum post-secondary education
  • Minimum 3-years experience in a customer service management role
  • Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
  • Must possess a full “G” Class driver’s license
  • Must have a clean driver’s abstract
  • Previous car/truck rental experience as asset
  • Must be available to work weekdays and weekends

This is a one year contract position. Salary can be negotiated, depending on experience.

Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
  • Computer literacy and above average keyboarding skills
  • Driver’s license with a good driving record

Skills:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Above average telephone manner
  • Ability to sell services and upgrades to services
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to organize and set priorities
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Work as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  • Sell a variety of rental services and coverages
  • Provide rental quotations and packages
  • Open and close rental agreements and complete billing to customers
  • Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and individual targets
  • Participate in overall growth of the location
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Provide administrative support including the completion of daily reporting, invoicing and billing

Service Attendant

Requirements:

  • Full “G” Class Driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Must be able to drive trucks up to 24 feet long
  • Minimum secondary school diploma
  • Customer service experience
  • Some lifting required

Skills:

  • Must be able to take direction well
  • Ability to work in a changing, fast paced environment
  • Handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Work as a team player
  • Ability to clean vehicles quickly and effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer literacy is an asset
  • Mechanically inclined

Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in day to day operations by being the initial contact in providing customer service through pick-up and delivery of clients
  • Ensure proper vehicle inspections on all vehicles
  • Responsible for proper cleaning and maintenance of returning vehicles
  • Ensure parking area and facility is clean and presentable at all times
  • Provide all the above in quick and efficient manner
